volunteer applications are now open!

This event wouldn’t happen without our army of dedicated volunteers. If you would like to join our merry crew, we would be very appreciative!

Here are some of the jobs we need help with:

Are you interested in volunteering during Griffish Isles? You'll get a free volunteer ticket, iconic blue shirt, and be in on all the con memes.

Here's the areas we need help in:

• Registration & front desk: We need people persons for this - any customer service training would be great!

• Creative room: Helping with the creative workshops and tidying up. We hope you like clearing up glitter.

• Games room: Knowledge of games such as Prance, Unstable Unicorns, MLP CCG, Tails of Equestria etc useful

• Karaoke room: Knowledge of the My Little Karaoke system helps, as well as AV equipment.

• Charity auction: Not a job for the faint-hearted - take people's items, take pictures of auction items, make slides for the auction, help the charity take their money. You will sleep on Saturday night.

• Vendor hall: Make sure our vendor friends are cared for and happy and that random people don't come in

• A/V gang: There ain't no party like a GI party 'cos a GI party comes with a risk assessment and electrical testing. We have a good gang of geeks, but more is always better!
  Feather Friends: Could you help people who are new or nervous get into the swing of the convention? If you've ever been part of Britannia Buddies/Rainbow Rosettes/Pinkie Pie Pals we'd be especially interested! Includes some crafts, but they're easy enough.
